Professional support and advice of existing customers in all insurance issues (private and/or business customers).

Analysis of the individual customer situation and the need for coverage and optimization of existing contracts.

Active correspondence and communication with customers by phone, email and personally on site (in the field service).

Application processing and registration: Careful admission, examination and forwarding of new applications and contract amendments

Documentation and data management: Certain collection and maintenance of customer data and contract operations in the relevant CRM/management systems (corresponding to your specification).
