For the “Early Asset Management” unit in the BPT sector, we are looking for an exceptionally qualified and experienced leader as Early Asset Management Lead (m/w/d) Oncology at our location in Hamburg. The newly created position plays a key role in the need analysis and prioritization of future oncology assets (Early Assets) and the establishment of multifunctional early asset squads. The aim is to optimally coordinate necessary activities in research, HTA, admission, market engagement and clinical introduction, in close interconnection with internal functions, stakeholders and global development programmes.

Your main objections: Coordination and management of multifunctional early asset squads - in close cooperation with Medical, Site Management & Monitoring (SM&M), Market Access, Diagnostics, Commercial, Corporate Affairs - to control AstraZeneca-internal and external early asset priorities, for example: establishment and implementation of strategy and transformation initiatives for important early assets Development and implementation of cross-functional plans and working processes for early assets that cover evidence generation, market design, forecasting and the preparation of market access, tailored to the German market requirements (e.g. HTA requirements, admission routes, market access dynamics). Designing the external ecosystem in Germany to enable the success of future products, including the development of advocacy strategies and plans to integrate stakeholders. Coordination of the operational priorities of the Early Asset Squad with the requirements of the German and global franchise Moderation of cross-functional workshops and strategic discussions (e.g. patient journey mapping, forecasting, competitive analysis).
