For our We work best with you as Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) In this position, you are the first contact person for our corporate customers and actively supports our corporate customer advisors and consultants in the daily business. Your varied tasks include the provision of individual services for corporate customers, market-oriented expertise and defined administrative activities. Your tasks You take the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments, prepare documents, presentations and information for New and existing customers. You prepare loan applications for the final processing/voting by our company customer advisors. You support our sales activities through the active consultation of customers, the appointment agreement and the Implementation of information talks. You are the first contact for our corporate customers and accompany them across all communication channels – per- personal, telephone, digital and written. You act as an important interface between customers, consultants and internal departments and supports a friction loose information flow. You make an active contribution to expanding existing customer relationships and gaining new business potential. Your profile You have a completed training to the bank clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge and experience in the credit business. Ideally, you could already gain practical experience in sales. First experiences in customer contact or financial advice are of advantage. You work independently, reliably and take responsibility for your tasks. You communicate customer-oriented and convince by a sovereign, friendly and binding appearance.
