Company profile Our customer is a renowned insurance company based in Stuttgart and stands for safety, reliability and customized solutions for all. In order for the company to continue to grow successfully, our customer is looking for a HR expert who supports the staff team with commitment and expertise.

Tasks

Personnel administration: creation of employment contracts, contract changes, employment certificates and other personal documents.

• Employee care: contact for our employees on all personal questions, such as working hours, salaries or holiday regulations. -Local and salary billing: preparation and control of billing in cooperation with our external service provider. -Maintenance data maintenance: maintenance and updating of personal files and data in the HR system. -Recruiting support: cooperation in the creation and publication of job alerts and the organisation of candidate interviews.

Requirements profile

Training: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in the human resources or comparable qualifications. -Professional experience: Experience in personnel management, preferably in a creative or service-oriented environment. -knowledge: Safe handling of MS Office, experience with HR software is advantageous.

• Personality: team orientation, a structured way of working and discretion are of course for you. -Communication: Embossed communication skills and a sense of handling people.
