Marketing Communications (m/w/d) Rheinfelden (DE) / Full time / Working from home to 40% / unlimited

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Marketing Communications team including promotion, coaching and further development of employees Active cooperation in the Corporate & Marketing Communications leadership team Further development and implementation of the marketing & communication strategy as well as derivation of corresponding concepts and measures in close coordination with the natural energy Corporate Newsroom Strategic management and optimization of marketing campaigns for the divisions Responsibility for the further development of relevant marketing channels such as websites, email marketing and search engine marketing Ensuring target group-oriented market and customer response based on personas, customer needs and market analyses Building, development and management of a company-wide lead management in close cooperation with the sales areas Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and the corporate newsroom on integrated communication control

Successfully completed university studies in marketing or communication or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in marketing or communications First leadership experience associated with a fostering and value-adding understanding of leadership Experience in the control of cross-departmental projects and the communication of change processes A growth mindset and joy in work in a changing and transforming environment Impressed communication strength and sovereign handling of different stakeholders
