Your tasks

• You are responsible for the internal Incident Response of the Black Group
• You are responsible for the Incident Response Task Portfolio and Stakeholder Management
• You develop the Incident Response Cyber Security Incident Management process and workflows
• You are responsible for the further development and development of appropriate training for the Incident Response Analysts and their Shift Leads
• You can set regulated workflows and qualitative standards for analysis
• You ask for a 24/7 cover of the Incident Response Services
• You are able to manage larger security incidents and, if necessary, support the analysts in their activities

Your profile

• You have a well-founded training (training with further education or studies) in the IT field, ideally with a focus on computer science.
• You bring several years of experience in the Incident Response and have already gained leadership experience.
• You are familiar with common Incident Response Tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR) and have very good technical expertise on cyber attack techniques.
• You are communication-strong, decision-making and work independently, even under stress.
• You speak German and English fluently and are ready to travel to Spain occasionally.
• Ideally you have experience with 24/7 layer companies and knowledge of relevant IT security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK;)
• You also want to stay professionally on a good stand for the Incident Response and you can skip professionally with standard tasks for analysts
