In the area of customer service automotive, our customers and traders are fully supervised during the entire term of the contract in all aspects of the financing and leasing business. Individual solutions are developed to help maintain customer and retail satisfaction at a high level. Your contribution to us: Granting of standardised information on contracts during the duration of leasing/financing contracts (telephone/written) Examination and collection of contract changes/ and corrections, maintenance of customer data Processing of securities (e.g. certificate of authorisation II) Procurement and implementation of adjustments and extensions of lease contracts Implementation of contract renewals, special withdrawals, early contractual settlements Final processing, account clarification and clarification of payment irregularities Processing of standardised damage cases (e.g. reconditioning, creation of payment reminders, etc.)
