With this training you develop step by step to the versatile all-rounder. Because you run through all AMW's commercial departments, get to know the respective teams, processes, IT applications and tasks. This means that you are working in human resources, shopping, sales, accounting and other departments. There you will immerse yourself in the business processes that you will soon be “managed”. Whether you are. manage the stock of goods, pay for orders and projects or help to win new employees: You have the opportunity to find out what is most fun for you and what your strengths are. And as you soon know better than some experienced team member thanks to your all-round look, you also support us in cross-departmental projects. You will learn the theoretical foundations of your job at the vocational school in Bad Tölz.
