Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

Take these challenges

• Support in the implementation of personnel procurement activities for the occupation of vacancies
• Close cooperation with the Payroll team and stand-alone creation of a fair and timely pay bill
• Creation of documents such as employment contracts, contract and pay changes, restful working conditions and all employee certificates
• Maintenance of master and movement data from entry to exit of employees
• Ensuring uniform process sequences, compiling statistics and evaluations as well as optimising personal economic processes
• Contact person:in for employees and managers on personal questions
• Working in HR projects in the field of basic topics

Your qualifications:

Our expectations for you

• Successfully completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience or completed studies with a focus on staff
• First professional experience in human resources, e.g. knowledge in recruiting and operational day-to-day business
• Basic knowledge of personal business topics
• Very good MS Office and SAP-HR knowledge
• Very good German and English skills desirable
