Acquisition and further development of customers, suppliers and recovery partners Marketing of biogenetic material flows Price negotiations, offer skalkulation and contract talks Coordination of service projects in the field of mobile processing, in particular shredders and sieves On-site construction site support including coordination with customers, machine leaders and disposition Quality management of treatment at our three sites Market monitoring and the development of new flows of substances Cooperation with future-oriented projects in the field of biomass Close coordination with management, disposition and management Participation in the optimal utilization of our sites, machines and plants

Experience in waste management, recycling, biomass, agriculture, building materials, logistics, processing or technical distribution Commercial thinking and negotiation skills Technical understanding of machines, material qualities and processing processes Organisational skills for customers, construction sites, service projects and internal processes Communication strength in handling customers, suppliers, machine operators, drivers and operating management Self-conscient, responsible and solution-oriented working Industry knowledge is good – learning readiness is more important driving licence class B
