Our Financial Services division focuses on financial services and supports banks, insurance companies and asset managers to be successful in an ever-changing and fast-paced world.

As part of our team in Frankfurt/Main or Munich, you support banking CFOs to master their strategic challenges as part of the corporate value increase, profitability and efficiency improvement. You analyze companies, identify strategic value levers, define and control transformations and optimize the financial function. You advise the largest financial institutions in Germany and Global Banking Player and support the CFO function in solving their strategic challenges, in particular in the following areas: Performance Management: Design of value-oriented control concepts, optimization of the allocation of capital / RWA, balance sheet volume, cost budget and optimization of the funding mix including positioning ggü. Capital market Value Creation: Creation of CFO-Sicht's corporate strategy with a special focus on value enhancement, profitability and efficiency through strategic realignment of individual business segments and entire companies, portfolio optimization and transaction management with focus on post-Merger integration and synergization Transformation & Efficiency: Design and implementation of transformation programs with a special focus on cost and efficiency measures including reorganisations and process optimization through automation and AI and ensuring successful implementation Reorientation of the CFO Target Operating Model: Design of CFO performance, organizational and process target images with corresponding skills and competencies models, Shoring, IT and data strategies as well as roadmaps for digitization and (partial) automation through AI

Complete study of economics, business informatics mathematics or a comparable discipline with corresponding focus At least four years of professional experience in the financial services environment with a focus on strategic CFO and possibly COO- relevant topics (including banking control (Controlling/Treasury), cost programs, reorganisations and other value enhancement measures) as well as experience with digitization and automation of processes Versatile project experience in responsible role, also with responsibility as (partial) project management, in addition very good communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level)
