As Junior Consultant for SAP RE-FX / Immobilienmanagement (m/w/d), you are actively driving the strategic development of our systems! You take over the leading development and optimization of our SAP RE-FX system You design and implement complex business processes in the system, in particular the entire end-to-end process for the creation, testing and execution of the additional cost accounting (NKA) You coordinate and perform key user tests to ensure the quality of new features Start training and take the support for the end users You comprehensively monitor the financial performance at portfolio and object level You will ensure the correct cost-effectiveness and precise mapping of all relevant financial key figures and create individual and complex reports and dashboards as the basis for strategic decisions You act as a primary interface between the departments and IT You identify proactive optimization potentials and implement measures to increase efficiency

You have a successful degree in economics, real estate, business informatics or a comparable, practical qualification You have several years of professional experience as Key User (m/w/d), Consultant (m/w/d) or in-house consulting with SAP RE-FX You bring deep customizing and process knowledge in the SAP RE-FX module and ideally have experience in adjacent modules (FI/CO) You have a well-founded understanding of property accounting (rental contracts, additional cost accounting) and the relevant accounting standards You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and conceptual strength to optimize processes and create complex financial reports Your analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills help you to master challenges efficiently You secure the data integrity and consistency in the system and create both ad-hoc reports and standard reporting for the analysis of key figures You have a high social and communication skills to successfully manage projects and train employees You use your strong communication skills to optimally coordinate business requirements and IT solutions
