Technical Writer Material and Spare Parts Management S2000M (m/f/d)

CONDOK's range of services includes system development and services as part of the Integrated Logistic Support. These include technical documentation, product and operational safety, logistical support for products and systems and software development for logistical data management. As a system house CONDOK develops and implements equipment and conversion measures in cabins and vehicles and performs repair services.

At the locations Kiel, Hamburg and Koblenz we support projects for the Bundeswehr and the civil industry. With our technical and logistical solutions for military and civil systems, we make a valuable contribution to ensuring the material commitment.

Sparepart lists according to S2000M: You are responsible for the creation of item and spare parts lists taking into account the existing S2000M specification. Replacement Part Documentation: You plan, coordinate and monitor subprojects in the field of replacement part documentation according to S2000M and maintain existing spare part lists by incorporating technical and procedural changes. Graphic designs and quality testing: You create designs of technical illustrations and check the final implementation of the illustrators. Coordination of customer data exchange: You control and coordinate project-specific data exchange with customers and ensure a smooth flow of information. Internal coordination and communication: You agree to content in close cooperation with all the departments involved.

You have a completed training as a technician, a degree in engineering studies or are former soldier with technical training. Business trips within Germany and rarely also abroad are not a problem for you. You bring basic knowledge in English. Ideally, you have first experience in creating spare parts lists according to S2000M and bring knowledge in military logistics. You organize your tasks structured, set priorities and keep track of multiple parallel topics. You convince by a pronounced communication strength and convey information in a comprehensible and targeted manner.
