Early mobility in the acute area Active therapy in intensive care and normal care in close coordination with care and medical team Pre- and post-operative care Enlightenment before interventions and structured mobilisation after surgical measures (in particular accident surgery) Interdisciplinary cooperation at eye level Participation in visits, case meetings and active exchange in the therapeutic team Functional training & everyday relevance Mobility training, transfer training and individual aid advice with direct practical reference Treatment planning and documentation Structured assessment, progress assessment and digital documentation in the hospital information system With design and further development Participation in internal training, further development of mobilisation standards and new therapeutic approaches

Completed training or study of physiotherapy Experience in acute medical setting (intensive station, surgery) or clear motivation to work on you here Additional qualifications (e.g. Bobath, manual therapy) are welcome, but no need Safe handling of digital documentation systems or the willingness to work on you quickly Structured, independent working and high quality standards Teamability, reliability and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
