Senior Corporate Credit Manager (m/f/d)

As Senior Corporate Credit Manager (m/w/d), you can independently control the entire credit management process in your area of responsibility and are contact persons for the respective global business units in all issues of credit management. You assess and structure credit requests from the operating areas and act as a central interface function between risk bodies, various service departments of the Heraeus Group and the operating units. In addition, check the credit risk assessments carried out by local credit managers and prepare and coordinate different levels of Heraeus credit committees. You lead and support the monthly global credit management reporting as well as further monthly financial statements, in particular global credit management reporting. You support the further development of our global credit management strategy, guidelines and processes with regional differentiation. You are responsible for the selection of credit insurance agencies and information centres as central contact persons. Ensuring compliance with our credit management policies and the analysis of the market environment with regard to possible credit management risks is also one of your tasks. The advice of our global business units regarding customer business security strategies is also one of your tasks.

A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or comparable training with a strong financial understanding At least three years of professional experience in the credit management of a larger group, in banking or insurance In addition, you are familiar with various accounting standards (IFRS, US-GAAP, HGB) Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP R/3 and BI reporting tools Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing willingness to take appropriate risks independently and a proactive working style Impressed business sense and communication skills as well as the ability to deal with a high degree of responsibility
