Programming looks like black screens and cryptic codes in the film. In practice at VWFS it means: you develop and care for applications that improve real work processes. You work on systems for car homes, cloud solutions for European markets, mobile apps and internal IT solutions. You actively shape your application, focusing on software development: Software development & Cloud: Here we develop software for the German and European market (among others: websites, applications, cloud solutions & mobility apps). IT architecture & system integration: We ensure that different systems can work together smoothly (including interfaces, systems, links, integration). Data analysis & tools: The team analyzes and develops tools that support the specialist departments in their decisions (including tools, data analysis, optimizations).

You start on August 1 and switch between practical phases with us in the company and teaching at the Otto-Bennemann School in Braunschweig. Azubi Project: You are actively promoting your own topics in the company during your training and gaining first experience in project management. In-house seminars: Targeted seminars help you to successfully complete. Flexible and independent deployment planning – all business units are open to you.

You will learn this at the vocational school: The theoretical content of the Otto-Bennemann-Schule in Braunschweig is given to you. The lessons are designed so that you can build all the important basics step by step, even without prior knowledge: Software development: You learn how programs are created from idea to finished application (programming languages, algorithms, databases).

Planning and implementing applications: You learn to develop software solutions structured (requirements, design, documentation). Networks & IT infrastructure: You will get an overview of how applications fit in IT systems (network construction, systems, embedding). Economic Basics: Business Basics so you can understand the value of your work for the company. Project work: A project you independently plan, implement and document as a test-relevant part of the training.

You have at least one secondary degree I - real school degree. Your last two testimonials are at least 2.5. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C1 level). In school, you've been enjoying mathematics or computer science. You are looking for new technologies and want to develop in this area. You are motivating, reliable and independent, your team can rely on you.

Attractive training allowance of over 1,300 euros per month at 35 hours per week and 30 days per year. Our campus in Braunschweig is generous and green and offers a lot of space for working and learning from the quiet learning area to the open working area.
