We are now looking for a dedicated cook (m/w/d) for an unlimited full-time job in Nuremberg.

Its tasks include the preparation of traditional Franconian dishes and cooperation in bakery. They take care of the preparation and organization of the daily kitchen routine and ensure compliance with the applicable hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP.

In addition, you work in the selection of food and menu planning, perform tasks in order to order goods and receive goods and ensure the professional storage of food. The cooperation in seasonal and regional actions is also one of your varied tasks.

For this position, we require a completed training as a cook or cook or a comparable qualification as well as professional experience. Good knowledge of German is required. They bring passion for ground-based, crafted cuisine with regional products and have a strong awareness of quality and freshness.
