Assistant to the Managing Director with focus on Public Relations (gn)

ASSISTANCE OF FEELATION - FOKUS PUBLIC RELATIONS (GN)

Your future task:

• Independent organization and coordination of appointments, meetings and business trips of the managing director
• Creation of presentations, decision templates and protocols
• Support for strategic PR activities and communication projects
• Write and edit texts for press releases, newsletters, social media and internal communication
• Care of media contacts and support in building a professional network
• Participation in events, public affairs activities and internal campaigns
• Monitoring and analysis of the external effect (e.g. media resonance, online appearances)

That's why you fit us:

• Completed commercial training, studies in the field of communication, PR, economy or comparable
• First professional experience in assistance and/or public relations
• Very good expression in word and writing (German & ideally English)
• Organisational skills, discretion and a sense of communication at eye level
• Independent and Structured Operation, Hands-on-Mentiality
• Safe handling of MS Office and ideally tools such as Adobe, LinkedIn etc.
