For our production at the Oldenburg site, we are looking for a:n experienced:n Workforcemanager:in, who supports our teams in cross-departmental advice on personnel needs and deployment planning. About 480 employees are employed in our production, and in addition the team is almost doubled during the Christmas season from September to December. In addition to personnel deployment planning, you play a key role in the further development and optimization of our processes to ensure an efficient and productive working environment. Your tasks in detail: Identification of demand drivers for the creation of a demand analysis for the central control of employee capacities in production Harmonisation of shift systems and coordination and further development of personnel deployment planning for the optimal use of our resources in the context of operational and strategic objectives You determine and work with various key figures based on which you derive action recommendations and regularly create standard reporting Communication with guides and internal interfaces is part of your daily work Establishing new processes and tools for optimal occupation of jobs

The basis of your qualification is a well-founded basic commercial training or a completed bachelor's degree in the field of economics, business management or industrial engineering, ideally with the focus on production management, procurement management or logistics They have extensive professional experience in the field of personnel demand and personnel deployment planning as well as process planning and optimization.
