Theater pedagogue / Trainer for Simulation Persons (50% - w, m, d)

With the help of our simulation personnel (SP), students train medical discussion, professional behavior and clinical action in situations close to reality. For the training and support of this SP we are looking for a personality that enthuses people for roles, prepares them professionally for their operations and develops the simulation program together with us.

Training, individual coaching and accompaniment of the simulation personnel in their applications in teaching and examination situations Conception and implementation of acting, role and feedback trainings Further development of SP roles and scenarios with SP usage, creation and adaptation of role scripts together with medical and didactic experts Ensuring a credible and - in particular in audit situations - standardized role representation - including feedback, debriefing and, if necessary, supervision Acquisition, selection and incorporation of new simulation subjects and participation in the further development of simulation-based teaching and examination formats Participation in operational coordination including Documentation and settlement

Successfully completed studies or qualified training in theatre education, acting, performing arts or psychology - ideally with (theater) educational experience Pleasure of role work, improvisation, directing and coaching as well as ideally experience in work with acting, amateur performing or heterogeneous groups Excellent communication and feedback skills as well as a good sense for people and group dynamics Self-employed, structured and reliable working methods as well as pleasure in working with different professional groups and disciplines
