We are an internationally oriented company based in Schönaich and are looking for a dedicated accountant to strengthen our financial team. HERE In this role, you take responsibility for the precise handling of our financial transactions and are a central support for our accounting.

Current accounting: You are responsible for booking creditor bills, bank transactions and cash registers

Payment: You carry out the weekly payment transactions and take care of the compensation of customer and supplier accounts

Reporting system: The creation of the sales tax pre-registrations as well as the summary messages (ZM) is in your hands

Plant accounting: You take care and management of fixed assets as well as permanent bookings

Annual financial statements: You prepare the documents for the financial statements and are a competent contact person for our tax advisor

Qualification: A successfully completed commercial training or a study with a focus on accounting or finance

Experience: At least two years of well-founded professional experience in accounting

Software knowledge: You are safe in handling MS Excel (especially formulas and pivot tables). Ideally, you already have experience with SAP (preferably SAP Business ByDesign).

Working methods: You work in detail, reliable and value the work in an international team

Languages: Very good German knowledge is absolutely necessary for communication with authorities and the tax advisor
