For our Cologne site we are looking for a technically experienced personality that takes responsibility and develops our service in the cold area together with us.

In the service, you start as a team leader (m/w/d) for our large customer in the petrol station area. You take over the professional leadership of four employees, coordinate the operational service business and are the central interface between customers, employees and management. You ensure reliable, high-quality and economical order processing.

At the same time, you contribute to the further development of our structures and processes for the petrol station area. With the further expansion of the business, the position offers the opportunity to project the refrigeration area later in the service.

Complete training in refrigeration and air conditioning, ideally with Master's degree Multiannual professional experience in refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation technology Experience in technical service and good commercial understanding Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High customer and service orientation as well as communication strength Responsibility and joy in taking leadership and making decisions
