Support in the creation and development of HR dashboards, KPIs and regular reports. Analysis of personnel and cost developments as well as preparation of forecasts and scenarios. Support in data processing, plausibility checks and benchmarking to support HR management. Development and optimization of reporting processes and controlling methods. Participation in compensation and special evaluations. Preparation of presentations and decision templates for management. Documentation and optimization of existing HR controlling processes and cooperation with relevant interfaces in the Group.

You are motivated, independent and willing to continue developing? Communication skills and analytical thinking are your special strengths. enrolled as a student:in the bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration (controlling / analytics) or a comparable degree course. Strong interest in HR controlling, reporting and data-driven decisions. Structured, reliable and independent operation. Very good analytical skills and pleasure in numbers. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Very good knowledge of German and English. High performance, team spirit and fun to learn new topics. Plus no need Experience in Power BI.
