Onboarding: Enjoy our introduction week including factory management and various team building and leisure events Practice in the company: In our own training workshop and in the departments you will be trained in a practical and professional manner Vocational school: The training lasts 2 years. During the training you have 1x per week of vocational school in the vocational college Technik Remscheid (btr-rs.de/), every 14 days 2x per week Seminars and trainings: You will receive a wide range of further education, e.g. product training, communication seminars and an English course with certified degree

What we move together in our training Basics: You start with a basic metal course in our training workshop. After that, you will receive basic electrical engineering knowledge on the basis of circuits and measurement tasks on electronic components. You will also develop your craft skills there Specialization: In-house and in professional courses, you will learn everything about measurement methods, assessment of electrical safety, installation and commissioning of electrical systems and the production of components and devices. In projects you acquire knowledge that you can use and consolidate in practice at your work Space for orientation: You will be trained in our electronics centre and get to know your future field of application

Qualification: They are close to the upper secondary school – ideally with a focus on mathematics and technology – or have they already in their pocket? Interest in science: You have talent in science subjects and are interested in technology and electronics Internships: Ideally you have snuffed into the world of electronics as part of an internship and want to make your interest a profession now Your talents: They are communicative, have a pronounced organizational talent and like to go with numbers Theory & Practice: Are you looking for a way to learn a job and gain practical experience?
