Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a merchant for IT system management, information electronics, IT system electronics, industrial business, office management or a comparable qualification Multiannual sales experience, ideally in the B2B environment of communication technology Joy in active customer contact, paired with high empathy and high customer orientation Embossed negotiation skills and the ability to reach the goal even in complex situations Safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems desirable
