The further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy is also part of your activity, such as defining, analyzing and monitoring our sustainability indicators and creating a sustainability report according to CSRD. You support the determination and reduction of our carbon footprint - both product- and operation-related. You continuously develop the ISO 14001 certified part of our integrated management system and report to the Head of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety). You pursue legal obligations in the field of the environment and keep an eye on international developments and regulatory requirements. You collect and evaluate environmental and energy-relevant data, propose optimization measures for environmentally sound action and moderate improvement projects. You are internal contact persons for environmental issues and form the interface function for customers, suppliers and authorities and increasingly advise winter-holder foreign offices. As part of the product-related environmental management, you are coordinating the compliance with legal requirements in the direction of material compliance (e.g. according to REACH, RoHS) with development and purchasing. Your responsibility is also to manage waste at the Meckenbeuren site and to support recycling issues.

You have completed a technical, scientific or economic studies with a focus on sustainability or environmental management. Your first professional experience in the areas of sustainability or environmental protection brings us forward. CSRD, CCF, PCF and PPWR are ideally not foreign words for you. Your analytical way of thinking, your safe handling of numbers and data, your sovereign appearance and your pronounced presentation skills are yours. You have an understanding of the relationship between economic, ecological and social interactions and the joy of cross-disciplinary work. Your profile is rounded off by good English skills.
