What awaits you The Customer Training Department (ST34) is responsible for the training of our customers for the entire product portfolio of KNDS Germany. As a project manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the implementation of product training in the national and international environment with predominantly military customers. The following main tasks await you: They are responsible for the planning, organisation and implementation of training projects for national and international customers The coordination of course and project activities with the individual KNDS - expert ranges and subcontractors is part of your exciting task to prepare and carry out the training Creating course concepts and training needs analyses is the basis of your successful work The further development of course concepts and corresponding specialist researches also include responsibility You support your department, as well as other project areas in sales and the creation of complex offers

You can demonstrate a successfully completed university degree, preferably with an academic orientation, preferably pedagogy, Your good knowledge of project management convinces us English in word and writing (''GERS'' C1 or higher) are of course They bring well-founded experience in the conception and implementation of adult and continuing education.
