Consultation of flood-affected people on the occasion of the application as part of the funding for flood relief “Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V.” Looking for work in the social area in the team Individual coaching of adults with partly complex situations of life (e.g. mental burdens, over-indebtedness) with the aim of connecting to existing regulations Networking with existing support structures and active networking in the social area Planning and implementation of intergenerational group offers (e.g. meeting café, action area) to promote community and cohesion in the affected regions Designing and conceptual development of the projects as part of a dedicated team as part of flood relief

Completed study of social work, social education or comparable course of study (Bachelor/Diplom) Experience in advising and accompanying people with multi-problems Knowledge of social-space-oriented work and network work desirable Empathy, communication strength and joy in working with people in challenging situations of life Teamability and a structured and independent way of working Class B driving licence Ready to use on weekends and evening hours
