Real Estate Acquisition Clerk – Field Service (m/f/d)

In our department properties, we are looking at the Essen site at the earliest possible time an indefinite employment of a specialist*in basic acquisition – external service

Implementation of property affairs in the field of external services and legal arrangements relating to acquisition, exchange, sale, assessment and burden of buildings and buildings Negotiation and development of land operations Procurement of replacement objects, compensatory areas and resettlement Appreciation of work sites and camp sites Implementation of expropriation procedures and related compensation schemes and agreements on border and usage rights

Successfully completed (Diplom o. Bachelor / Master) Studies in surveying, spatial planning and urban planning or comparable discipline Extensive experience in basic acquisition and property management in external services Knowledge of contract, water and environmental law Impressed communication strength, negotiation skills, autonomous and interdisciplinary working methods Class B driving licence
