Business Development & Sales Development and definition of marketable products and services in the KIS environment, strategic IT consulting and compliance Construction and maintenance of a resilient network in the healthcare IT environment (clinics, practices, MVZs and carrier companies) Identification and active response of potential customers and the establishment of long-term business relationships independent acquisition of customer projects and accompaniment to the successful conclusion of the contract

Portfolio Building & Strategy Development of a scalable service and consulting portfolio for the health market Creation of offers, performance descriptions and contract works in close coordination with the management Establishing processes, templates and structures to further develop a sustainable and scalable business model Participation in the strategic development and positioning of KIRINUS IT Services on the market

Project implementation Set up, control and support of customer projects – from request intake to successful delivery Interface function between customers, internal IT experts and external partners Ensuring successful project progress through close coordination of all stakeholders Documentation of project experiences and best practices for the continuous development of the performance portfolio

Completed studies in business informatics, health management, BWL or comparable knowledge Mind. 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment and/or consulting, ideally related to healthcare, KIS systems or digital transformation of clinics Healthcare-IT knowledge (e.g. KIS, telematics infrastructure, eHealth applications) and/or health compliance First experiences with projects on AI, automation and process improvement Entrepreneurship: You have the pleasure of building new things – even though no finished structures exist Communication strength and safe occurrence to customers, partners and internally Structured, independent working and hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
