Your area of responsibility:

acceptance, systemic collection and confirmation of calls, special performance orders and cancellations of products or Services by the associated customers IT-systemic implementation of customer calls and customer orders into a pre-planning as internal orders during production Continuous monitoring of the planning progress of services Leading or Creating various defined statistics, evaluations and analyses on cost-effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction of the associated products and customers Advertising processing Own-responsible verification of the actual performance to the customer and systemic approval of all accounting-relevant data for the accounting and monitoring of corrective measures Regular internal reporting and internal reviews Create and update product descriptions Support for sales in product development individual customer advice

Successfully completed training in a service company focusing on logistics, disposition and customer support Experience in customer-oriented product development Embossed service mentality at the same time high cost awareness High level of self-responsibility, reliability and proactivity Communication skills and situation-appropriate, safe occurrence Creativity in solution finding and organisational skills Good user knowledge in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel and MS-Powerpoint
