Vivantes Service GmbH is responsible for the technical management of Vivantes Klinika in the field of facility management and construction. As a master in electrical engineering, you control and monitor electrotechnical systems, coordinate internal and external partners and ensure the safe, norm-oriented operation of central supply systems. You are employed at the locations Aroser Allee, Karl-Bonhoeffer-Nervenklinik, Klinik der Massregelvollzug und in the Logistikzentrum Gartenfelder Straße.

Responsibility for the functioning of technical systems and media supply based on cross-sector expertise in electrical engineering (MSR, GLT, weak current) Implementation of all statutory audits and maintenance in the responsibility of electrical engineering and ensuring compliance with regulations On-site personnel management, including application/authorisation planning, data management and evaluation and accounting with SP-Expert Independently receiving and evaluating faults and defects, triggering work orders to internal employees or external companies as well as their control and organization Optimization of energy and media flows and switching of work policies for external forces (e.g. fire protection guidelines) Participation in administrative visits and acceptances, audit of settlements and cost monitoring

Complete qualification as a master in electrical engineering Certificate of competence for obtaining a switching authorization up to at least 10 kV Knowledge of VOB law, HOAI and the relevant regulations of hospital technology Secure handling of MS Office, SP-Expert, SAP and CAFM Analytical thinking, structured working, and awareness of responsibility and the willingness to further develop Communication skills, team spirit and customer-oriented appearance Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
