• Development and implementation of global spare parts-supply chain processes and strategies for efficiency enhancement and spare parts availability

• Optimization and support of operational processes and processes in the field of spare parts service with focus on material and information flow in the role as project manager

• preparation of evaluations and reporting with analysis of deviations and derivation of targeted measures by means of CVP and Lean Management

• Participation and management in internal and cross-interface process improvements and adaptations

• Preparation and implementation of internal and external audits

• Support of the specialist areas in the quality increase of the spare parts (e.g. deviation management, process disorders, compliance with quality standards, etc.)

• Implementation of strategic quality topics in the matrix function

• Working with the SAP S/4 Hana implementation for spare parts

• Coordinator and contact person for internal and external customers

• Complete studies in the field of economic engineering/economy or comparable

• Insufficient professional experience in the supply chain desirable

• Good MS Office knowledge and SAP skills

• S4/HANA knowledge of advantage

• Funded knowledge in the field of project management desirable

• German and English knowledge in word and writing

• Methodology competence in the field of CVP, lean management and quality

• Analytical, processual and entrepreneurial thinking

• High customer and service orientation

• High level of team skills with corresponding communication
