Program Management Central Project Management (m/f/d)

To run our company-wide SAP transformation program, we are looking for an experienced management personality that takes over the management of the program and represents the interests of our company within the program organization. Operational direction of the SAP transformation program. Control of program scope, time, budget, quality, resources and risks. Coordination of internal subprojects and project functions. Control and evaluation of the external partners involved. Establishing effective governance with clear responsibilities and escalation paths. Preparation of decisions for management and steering committee. Ensuring cross-departmental cooperation between business and IT. Control of essential quality gates, tests, cutover and go-live activities. Ensuring organizational transformation through effective change management, communication and empowerment of the organization. Development and control of an address-oriented communication strategy for management, departments and project organisation.

Multiannual experience in managing complex SAP, ERP or transformation programs ideally in the retail sector. Detectable overall responsibility for ERP introduction, ideally SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. Experience in controlling several external implementation and consulting partners. Knowledge of program governance, budget, risk, quality and resource management. Good understanding of integrated business processes and complex corporate organisations. Sovereign appearance at management and management level. Representative decision-making, communication and conflict resolution competence. Entrepreneurial thinking, result orientation and high sense of responsibility. German language skills and excellent English skills.
