Legal Assistant - Enforcement / Debt Collection (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the independent management of your files and develop clever, economically sound tactics for successful enforcement You analyze the creditworthiness of debtors using information and file history to strategically plan the next steps In direct contact, you will negotiate by telephone and in writing with debtors, creditors and enforcement bodies in order to enter into solution-oriented agreements You control the entire execution process by requesting system-assisted attachments and carefully maintaining the digital file management in our collection system and with MS Office You accurately evaluate asset information and consequently derive the appropriate follow-up measures to implement the receivables In close coordination with your team, you will ensure the correct handling, including the verification of cost notes and the monitoring of deadlines.

You have a training as a lawyer:r, legal expert:in or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in the field of debt collection, receivable management or forced execution In dealing with creditors and debtors, you convince by service orientation and negotiation skills A self-contained, structured and forward-looking way of working distinguishes you while being a real team player You are versed in dealing with MS Office and have knowledge of German and good English
