Senior Communications Manager (m/f/d)

You develop strategic communication plans and are responsible for the editorial design and the further development of attractive cross-media communication formats. You plan, tax, implement and monitor communication projects including success control. You support the preparation and execution of various internal and external events and press appointments. You will start accompanying communication (e.g. press releases, speeches, greetings) and will represent Vice President External & Internal Communication if necessary. You coordinate cooperation with external service providers such as agencies and act as an impulse provider. You advise specialist areas in Germany and abroad, especially in the field of change communication.

You have a successfully completed degree in communication, political or journalism sciences. You bring multi-year experience in press, corporate, executive and change communication in an international context – ideally from media or corporate structures. You have excellent text skills in German and English and have extensive practice in creating content across formats. You are routined in dealing with the essential and modern instruments, control mechanisms and modes of action of a comprehensive corporate and press communication. You have a strong affinity on social media as well as on economic and economic policy issues and know the relevant company key figures. Your sovereign and diplomatic appearance allows you to respond quickly to unforeseen situations and work effectively in interdisciplinary teams. Active and complex interface and stakeholder management are your strengths. You combine operational accuracy with strategic, conceptual abilities and perform precise, structured, flexible and targeted tasks.
