Advice and support for the specialists and managers of a defined support area in all operational and strategic personnel topics and across the entire employee-life cycle Support and overall responsibility for training Employees to HR projects Confidential and constructive cooperation with employee representation Cooperation with HR Services (e.g. Payroll, Recruiting) or external partners

Successfully completed studies, e.g. in the fields of business administration, psychology, organization, labour law ideally with a focus on personnel or comparable training with corresponding additional qualification Multiannual professional experience as a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or in a comparable position Very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law, experience in collective labour law of the metal and electrical industry and in cooperation with works councils Safe handling of current MS Office applications and well-founded experience in dealing with HR programs SAP and SAP SuccessFactors Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Power of persuasiveness to all hierarchical levels, high empathy and consulting skills, service orientation and pronounced hands-on mentality
