You are the central contact for our partners and convince with your service-oriented and open way You process incoming emails reliably and structured You accept telephone requests friendly and competently and find the right solutions You will take care of the processing of enquiries by post and ensure a smooth process

You have experience in the sales service and/or in customer care – or are cross-comers with strong communication talent MS Office and other software you use routinto working day Team spirit is important to you, at the same time you work independently and solution-oriented You live an open feedback culture and like to introduce yourself with your own ideas Good knowledge of German and Dutch in word and writing are a plus You have knowledge of French and Flemish in terms of negotiation
