Place of use: Großkayna bei Leipzig Characteristics: 2025-1771 Working time: Full time (unlimited)

You take responsibility for building projects in the field of low and medium voltage – from planning to completion – and ensure the economic, technical and timely execution of your orders

You plan your teams (including technicians and temporary workers) and coordinate equipment and material deployments for your construction sites, including the control of subcontractors

You prepare orders, unwind, monitor and document the results. Take care of compliance with internal requirements as well as overarching guidelines (quality management, HSEQ, occupational safety) to achieve the project objectives successfully

As a competent contact person, you will be able to assist customers, suppliers, offices and internal colleagues during the design.

In addition, you actively drive optimizations and consistently pay attention to compliance with all the necessary processes and requirements in the construction design

Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics / electricians m/w/d) with master and/or A technical degree or a study with a focus on electrical engineering / energy technology. Alternatively, a completed training as a road builder m/w/d with master and/or Technical completion or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional experience Professional experience as a building manager m/w/d, desirable in a coordinating function or increasing self-confidence into this role Ideally experience in the construction of power grids in the area of low and medium voltage Good MS Office knowledge and driving license class B required Self-responsible and committed working style, negotiation skills and joy in work in the team and the joint achievement of your project goals
