Execution of the technical building management for the technical installations in the field of competence on federal service properties, including customs, federal police or THW Coordination and fulfilment of own operator responsibility and support of a third-party operator or user in fulfilling its operator responsibility for the technical operation and operational safety of the installations Development of operator concepts and support for operational technical building management Preparation of a sustainable technical building (basic assessments, inventory monitoring and documentation, state assessment, demand definition, optimization of plant efficiency etc.) Completion and monitoring of maintenance and service contracts through technical installations or TGM service contracts Planning, commissioning and accompanying technical maintenance and repair and repair work Support in the planning, implementation and acceptance of technical building management measures Coordination and implementation of planned and extraordinary visits after receipt of corresponding messages on damages/deficits on the property Coordination and integration of own and external craft staff for the operation of technical installations and their maintenance

Qualification: Completed university studies (Diplom [FH]/ Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Supply, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or Economic Engineering or Comparative Qualification Competences: Comprehensive expertise and practical experience in the field of technical building management and in the operation/tax of technical installations Experience in the implementation of awards with performance directories/ descriptions and knowledge of VOB, VOL, UVgO and RBBau Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards (e.g. safety regulations, GEFMA, VDE, VDI and DIN standards, depending on the subject) Other: Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Green and careful operation with high reliability Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work quickly into changing tasks Good and rapid understanding Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Very good expressiveness in word and writing, pronounced communication skills Customer/address-oriented behaviour, pronounced and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Good judgment, combined with the ability to make (difficult) decisions and take responsibility Participation in (several days) training and service travel Implementation of a safety review under the Federal Security Review Act (SÜG), the positive conclusion of which is a prerequisite for the occupation driving licence class B/3 as well as willingness to run service car
