Description

• Become part of our team and responsible for the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS for the Home Comfort (HC) subgroup.
• They monitor the entire consolidation process, including intra-group elimination, capital/debt consolidation and profit elimination.
• In addition, you will keep up with the changes in IFRS accounting standards and implement the Bosch Group’s IFRS policies for the Home Comfort subgroup.
• They bear full responsibility for defined IFRS standards and check and approve essential bookings.
• In addition, you act as the main representative for external auditors: internal departments in all Home Comfort companies, both nationally and internationally.
• You can also identify possibilities for process improvement and automation in the consolidation and reporting process and implement best practices.
• Also optimize the consolidation system to support efficient processes and work closely with the financial and IT teams.
• Last but not least, you provide technical support for IFRS accounting for the HC financial community and help projects that focus on IFRS financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Studies (Bachelor/Master) in the field of finance, accounting, business management or comparable
• experience and know-how: multi-year relevant professional experience in a comparable position with very good IFRS accounting knowledge; very good knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, SAP BCS, S/4 Group Reporting), SAP-FI and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Personality and working: thanks to your excellent communication skills, you are an estimated team member; You know what it means to take responsibility and act in a solution-oriented manner; through your analytical and reliable way of working, it is easy to keep in mind all the topics under time pressure; your openness makes you flexible
• Enthusiasm: Affinity for numbers and joy in working in an international team with challenging and complex topics as well as pronounced affinity for consolidation tools
• Language: very good English
