They are responsible for the analysis of naval systems in relation to future use in training & simulation (CBT/WBT, Serious Gaming, Hardware Simulators). The creation of specifications for maintenance and operation of naval systems is also one of your tasks. You are responsible for identifying and designing learning goals for various technical topics. In your role as Training Designer (d/m/w), you are responsible for defining and describing all systems with sketches for implementation. You are responsible for the research of technical documentation and/or training materials in the specialist departments, the driver and the system suppliers, as a basis for the production of the system specifications and the mathematical simulation model. You take meetings or Customer reviews and moderate specialist workshops. They support customer requests.

They bring an economic study or comparable training. They have very good English skills in word and writing. You have several years of professional experience as a naval officer on board a submarine. You have already gained first experience in training development and virtual reality applications. They have the ability to prepare complex technical topics in a didactic way. Openness to new technical solutions in the training environment complete your profile. They have the ability to work quickly into new topics.
