As a painter (d/m/w) in Varel, you are responsible for the surface coating and provide precise results on structural components. The position is occupied as part of the transfer of workers and is aimed at applicants with several years of professional experience in painting or coating technology.

• The preparation of the coating comprises cleaning, covering, masking and grinding of individual parts.
• The manual and mechanical paint application as well as the installation of the paint materials are carried out professionally.
• Structural components paint with a safe view for quality and even, clean surfaces.
• Your tasks also include preparatory activities for the coating, including material and tool preparation, as well as visualization of building documents.
• Clean and activate surfaces carefully to ensure a high-quality coating.
• Automatic paint mixing systems can be used safely in the ongoing production process.
• Follow-up work, such as removal of cover materials and the documentation of layer thickness control, is carried out conscientiously and reliably.

PREPARATIONS:

For this purpose, you will bring a completed design as a painter (d/m/w) or process mechanic (d/m/w) for coating technology. A careful working style, technical understanding and a good sense of surface quality are important. First professional experience in manufacturing or production is also advantageous.

• A completed vocational training as a painter (d/m/w) or process engineer (d/m/w) for coating technology is assumed.
• You also have practical experience in the areas of painting, coating and manufacturing.
• Commitment, team skills and an independent way of working characterize your profile.
• Careful preparation, coating and quality control of components is obvious for this activity.
• The safe handling of technical documents and clear work instructions will help you with daily work.
• Good knowledge of German is required to vote in the working day; English skills are also advantageous.
• The willingness to work in 3-shift operation as well as on weekends will take you along.
