Paralegal in receivables management (m/f/d)

Collection: You are working independently open demands from the energy sector (electricity, gas, water, heat) and taxing all collection activities through all dunning phases to achieve the highest possible yield in no time. Communication: You answer written and telephone inquiries about debt collection transactions, including payment agreements, settlement negotiations and judicial procedures with clients and their representatives. Correspondence: You conduct the correspondence with authorities, courts and law firms Knowledge: You use your legal knowledge in the field of accounting and deferral thematics to optimize payment processes. Collection vote: You coordinate judicial dunning and lawsuits in cooperation with our debt collection service providers and commissioned lawyers. Administration: You conduct, check and manage files and debitor accounts in our SAP system. insolvency processing: You conduct the correspondence with all parties involved in the proceedings, from the preparation and execution of insolvency claims to the residual debt relief. Projects & Automation: You support project and digitization tasks, such as system tests or automation.

Your qualification: You have a completed training as a lawyer skilled worker or have several years of experience in receivable management.
