This could soon be your tasks: • Pre- and preparation of our à la carte dishes • Quality and inventory control • Leadership and motivation of the kitchen team (up to 4 teammates) • Recipe management and shopping

You should bring that with you: • A generally clean, independent and responsible work with food is essential. • Experience in gastronomy with knowledge in the execution of a kitchen • knowledge of the management of employees • Creativity and joy in dealing with our fish specialities • You always keep a cool head - even if it gets stressful
