You accompany Enterprise customers on their way to the digital future, from need analysis to presentation of our SaaS solution to the conclusion of the contract. That means: analyse technical and technical requirements and present them in convincing solutions and custom demos, proof of concepts and use cases Advise customers throughout the project, develop best practice approaches and jointly show optimization potentials in existing processes custom configurations and custom adjustments in our service management platform Servity, as well as assess integration, operating and security requirements support for cost estimates, license models as well as the creation of solution sketches and offers maintain customer relationships within current opportunities, in particular to professional contacts and DCON to represent customer appointments, presentations, webinars and events work closely with sales, consulting, marketing, product management and implementation teams to develop economic and innovative solutions and ensure a successful project transition Watch market trends and introduce ideas for the further development of our products and services

a successfully completed study or a comparable qualification, ideally related to Business Informatics, Computer Science or BWL multi-year professional experience in the environment of software, SaaS or complex IT solutions as well as enthusiasm for digital business processes technical understanding and the ability to convey complex solutions clearly and understandably ideally first experience in operational sales, from offerings to successful implementation of projects safe occurrence, structured operation and a pronounced customer and solution orientation in cooperation with enterprise customers very good German knowledge (min.
