Commercial Clerk Customer Service & Order Management (m/f/d)

Order management: You assign orders in accordance with the contract and collect all deliveries, services and material dispositions in coordination with the goods outlet of the logistics. Delivery coordination: You ensure that all participants are informed about delivery orders and delivery status and actively communicate with delivery delays to contribute to a quick problem solution. Accounting & receivables: You take over timely billing and correct accounting and process technical clarification cases in receivable management. ERP competence: You ensure the complete mapping of all physical material movements in the PERI ERP system. Return management: You are responsible for the complete collection of all returns and the correct material movement booking in close coordination with the goods receipt of the logistics. Damage processing: You take over the commercial assessment and creation of damage advertisements, total damages, loss and cleaning and repair operations. Invoicing and documentation: You provide a timely rent relief and a contract-compliant billing for damages and losses. You can also create return tickets, execute the systemic construction site completion and prepare the documentation for booking. Communication: You conduct correspondence and telephone traffic with customers, in particular to coordinate returns and customer property. In addition, internal departments and customers provide all relevant information about returns and their status.

Qualification: You have a successfully completed commercial training and first professional experience, ideally complemented by knowledge in CRM and ERP systems. Communication strength & customer orientation: You bring a strong communication skills and high social competence. You act in a solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Operation: You work structured, carefully and responsibly. IT affinity: You have good knowledge in MS Office. Language competence: You have good knowledge of German at least C1 level to ensure smooth and clear communication in the team and with customers
