Since 1971, the site in Loxstedt-Düringen has been synonymous with competence in pig meat processing - with its own slaughter and dismantling as well as production of ready-made meat specialities.

System support and maintenance: You are responsible for the smooth functioning of all screen workstations at the site. Device management: You enter, manage and maintain a wide range of peripheral devices (network printers, award printers, scales, scanners and PC terminals). Troubleshooting and Repair: You take the troubleshooting and error analysis in 1st level support and carry out smaller repairs and maintenance on your own (e.g. replacement of thermal strips or printer components). Onboarding and Training: You set up computer workstations for new employees (installation, configuration) and perform the necessary user trainings. Coordination and documentation: You are the interface to central IT and external service providers (e.g. scale manufacturers, printer partners). In addition, you keep our device data up-to-date and document all processes carefully. Organization: You plan and coordinate maintenance appointments with our service partners.

A completed training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics, IT system electronics, specialist informatics assistant) or a comparable qualification is desirable. Also dedicated cross-comers with corresponding experience are welcome! Bonus knowledge: Basic knowledge of goods management systems (ideally WinWeb) are a plus, but no requirement. You have experience in caring for PC workstations and know you with various peripheral devices (printers, scales, scanners). You have technical understanding and the necessary craftsmanship for smaller repairs. You work independently, structured and convince with your organizational strength. A pronounced service orientation and the pleasure of communicating with colleagues are yours. You live the “Hands-On – Can-Do” mentality.
