IT Operations Engineer - OnPremise & Cloud (m/f/d)

Operation and further development of our SaaS cloud environments, including proactive optimization measures and troubleshooting

Remote administration of customer systems in the hospital environment with high self-responsibility in error analysis and troubleshooting

Active design of modern cloud architectures in close cooperation with AWS as a primary cloud partner

Ensuring stable and secure operation of our on-premise infrastructures and SaaS cloud environments

Further development of our cross-product SaaS portfolio through technical expertise and innovation impulses

Planning and implementation of system updates for various technologies as well as our hospital information system Orbis®

Support in expanding our infrastructure as code base through constructive feedback and practical improvements

Implementation of extensions and upgrades of existing IT infrastructures including troubleshooting and performance analyses

Close cooperation with product teams to continuously improve cloud services and integrations

Conception and implementation of optimization measures for cloud and on-premise environments

Complete training as a specialist or technical study

Practical experience with AWS, in particular with EC2, RDS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB), EKS, Route53 and Transit Gateway

Experience in operating Windows and Linux server systems

Safe handling of Infrastructure as Code, e.g. Terraform or OpenTofu

Solid knowledge of network technologies, especially in cloud environments

Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle, PostgreSQL or MariaDB

Experience with automation and configuration management tools such as Ansible or SaltStack

Experience in IT security

High reliability, sense of responsibility and professional handling of customers

Good communication skills, team orientation and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
