As a social pedagogue in the leisure area, you will create experience- and social-pedagogical support opportunities for our participants. With creative ideas, you can support your personal development in the areas of environmental awareness, health, sports and movement as well as culture and media. Together with your team, you continuously develop our leisure activities, check their effectiveness and adapt them to the needs of our participants. You strengthen the life-structural skills of our participants and accompany them individually in their everyday lives. Also in conflict and crisis situations, you are a reliable respondent. In addition, you will participate in the exchange of educational content and orientate yourself to the respective training framework plans.

You have a completed educational degree or a comparable degree with recognition as an educational specialist. Ideally, you bring experience in recreational education and work with young people with learning disabilities, mental illness and/or the autism spectrum. You like to work creatively with different young people and meet them with empathy and an appreciation attitude. The position covers 30 hours a week in part-time. Working hours are based on our leisure activities and are mainly in the afternoon and in the evening hours. You expect a varied activity with design playroom. You can quickly adjust to different situations and changing requirements and bring flexibility and sense of responsibility.
